The North Chick site off Longview Drive is managed by North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy. Since 1989, NCCC has worked to protect land throughout the North Chickamauga Creek watershed for preservation, education, and recreational access. North Chickamauga Creek flows from the top of Walden’s Ridge to the Tennessee River at the Chickamauga Dam, sustaining a 25,000-acre watershed with a variety of forest and riparian zones.
