Towne Creek (Lafayette HS)

Queen City Lake is managed by the City of LaFayette and monitored in partnership with the LaFayette High School Marine Biology Club and the Georgia Adopt a Stream program. This site is popular for public swimming, sunning, fishing, boating, kayaking, walking and informal get togethers. The lake itself is framed by the mountains and woods of north Georgia, making for a scenic spot to socialize and unwind.
