THANK YOU to our generous sponsors that make the Tennessee River Rescue possible!

If you would like to be a sponsor (and have your name on our T-shirt), the cost to add your company name to the back of the shirt is $300. For an additional $300, you can also get a reusable banner with the company name. If interested please contact Candy Clark at candy@mywaterways.org.

Thank you to our 2024 sponsors

PARTNER HIGHLIGHT:

Coca-Cola and Osprey Initiative are excited to pilot recycling during the 2024 Tennessee River Rescue! Osprey Initiatives, an Alabama-based business specializing in litter inception and reduction, is providing recycling assistance to Hamilton County zones. We are excited to have them on board as well as to make this a more sustainable event!

Sponsor Spotlights: The Tennessee RiverLine

The Tennessee RiverLine is a vision for a continuous, multimodal system of trail experiences along the Tennessee River from its formation in Knoxville, TN, to its confluence with the Ohio River in Paducah, KY.

Complementing the numerous river access initiatives already established or underway along the river’s reach, the Tennessee RiverLine

  1. Celebrates the beauty, diversity, and history of the Tennessee River Valley

  2. Connects the people and communities of the valley to each other, to our river heritage, and to the Tennessee River landscape.

  3. Catalyzes new investments, economic opportunity, social health, and ecological stewardship.

Hats off to Commercial Metals Company for sourcing donations for the Tennessee River Rescue. For the entire month of April of 2022, customers of Commercial Metals bringing in their scrap were encouraged to donate all or part of their money from recycling to Tennessee River Rescue, our annual river clean-up. Commercial Metals was able to bring in $2,136 for the River Clean-up! Donations for the River Rescue go towards clean-up supplies, waste disposal fees, future pollution control methods, and the ever-popular t-shirts. Commercial Metals is a great supporter of Tennessee River Rescue and we are very grateful for all of their support over the years.
